Educational Requirements:
∎ HSC
∎ HSC or Equivalent. But educational qualification is relaxing in case of experienced.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Raw material testing (physical and chemical analysis)
∎ Body and glaze formulation
∎ Research and development of new products
∎ Process loss observation and controls
∎ Quality stability and checking on a daily basis
∎ Correction and prevention measures of daily production
∎ Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following above
∎ Ready-to-do any other assignment given by the company management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
∎ Should be well-behaved, honest and able to work timely.
∎ Able to work independently and proactively.
∎ Core competencies include strong communication skills, Strong leadership and team management skills, organizational and problem solving skills, conflict resolution skills, and ability to analyze, plan, and schedule.
∎ Ability to read/ write English. But knowledge of Bangla a plus.
∎ Computer skills.
∎ Age relaxation in case of experienced.
