Educational Requirements:
∎ SSC
∎ SSC or Equivalent. But educational qualification is relaxing in case of experienced.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Standard Operating Procedure for maintaining all machinery and implement the SOP in a timely manner.
∎ Co-ordinate & supervise the operation & maintenance of all machinery including Generators, Air Compressors, Chillers, Boilers, A/C Plants, WTP, Machinery etc.
∎ Planning, supervision and coordination the activities of preventive scheduled maintenance.
∎ Arrange providing technical support for all equipment to ensure proper functioning and protection against equipment failure.
∎ Manager diagnosis of faults and arranging repair of equipment/machinery.
∎ Coordinate response to any breakdown maintenance at the earliest possible time.
∎ Manager and monitor the engineering and technical staff.
∎ Coordinate maintaining all statistical and financial records relating to all machinery and to take necessary steps in line with the cost and budget.
∎ Supervise managing stocks of spare parts of all machinery.
∎ Maintenance of all machinery as per job card and report to the company management on daily-weekly-monthly-quarterly-half-yearly-yearly basis on the last working day of the calendar.
∎ As a Management Representative, take the necessary steps under ISO 9001: 2015 and manage it properly.
∎ Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following above.
∎ Ready-to-do any other assignment given by the company management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
∎ Should be well-behaved, honest and able to work timely.
∎ Able to work independently and proactively.
∎ Core competencies include strong communication skills, Strong leadership and team management skills, organizational and problem solving skills, conflict resolution skills, and ability to analyze, plan, and schedule.
∎ Ability to read/ write English. But knowledge of Bangla a plus.
∎ Basic computer skills.
∎ Technical ability.
∎ Age relaxation in case of experienced.

Salary: Negotiable
