Educational Requirements:
∎ SSC
∎ SSC or Equivalent. But educational qualification is relaxing in case of experienced.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plans, organizes, and manages production operations for a specific department(s) across all shifts.
∎ Helps to maintain a safe, healthy and organized working environment for all areas.
∎ Plans and schedules work to meet production requirements while making effective use of labor, material, and equipment.
∎ Coaches and reviews performance of direct reports.
∎ Making Design, Decor & Border for Digital, Inkjet, Rotocolor machine.
∎ Working with different software for 4/6/8 colors profiling for Inkjet machine.
∎ Developing new concepts and sampling for the final product.
∎ Product code names prepare and production database Organize.
∎ Shades variation adjustment.
∎ Organize and collaborate with designers for the new Product development.
∎ Image Manipulation.
∎ Manpower setting, monitoring daily duty schedule, leaves & other facilities and communication with HR for official roles and regulation for smooth operation of department.
∎ Any other task assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
∎ Should be well-behaved, honest and able to work timely.
∎ Able to work independently and proactively.
∎ Core competencies include strong communication skills, Strong leadership and team management skills, organizational and problem solving skills, conflict resolution skills, and ability to analyze, plan, and schedule.
∎ Ability to read/ write English. But knowledge of Bangla a plus.
∎ IT skills.
∎ Age relaxation in case of experienced.
