Educational Requirements:
∎ SSC
∎ SSC or Equivalent. But educational qualification is relaxing in case of experienced.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Stay current on relevant technology and industry trends and apply findings to projects/programs.
∎ Create and test samples, , document sampling process.
∎ Participate in R&D development programs, including attending program meetings.
∎ Identify and describe the required infrastructure of lab tools needed for training, project execution, and future growth.
∎ Assuring timely production of all kinds Virtrified Tiles, Technical Matt, Technical Polish, Mono Color Polish, Double Charge & Matt.
∎ Develop new programs and products for industrial water treatment and water management with a focus on cooling water.
∎ Understand and perform calculations as required by test methods.
∎ Read and understand analytical procedures (compendial and client supplied) and internal SOPs.
∎ Communicate with vendors and repair personnel.
∎ Commitment to occasional overtime as workload requires.
∎ Any other task assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
∎ Should be well-behaved, honest and able to work timely.
∎ Able to work independently and proactively.
∎ Core competencies include strong communication skills, Strong leadership and team management skills, organizational and problem solving skills, conflict resolution skills, and ability to analyze, plan, and schedule.
∎ Ability to read/ write English. But knowledge of Bangla a plus.
∎ IT skills.
∎ Age relaxation in case of experienced.
