Educational Requirements:
∎ SSC
∎ SSC or Equivalent. But educational qualification is relaxing in case of experienced.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To provide support in conducting testing, assembly, prototyping and documentation for all R&D projects.
∎ Responsible for maintaining the machine & equipment in the R&D lab.
∎ To coordinate calibration, preventive maintenance, machine verification for all machine/ equipment in R&D lab.
∎ To support in producing quality (both functional and aesthetic) prototypes for evaluation.
∎ To prepare work instruction for all the machine/equipment in R&D lab.
∎ To support in producing jigs and fixtures used for engineering testing, new product assembly, etc.
∎ To provide accurate results and proper report of testing conducted.
∎ To keep proper and accurate records outlined by the immediate superior.
∎ To ensure proper housekeeping and tidiness of R&D lab.
∎ Perform any other relevant and related responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time as required by superior.
∎ To conduct R&D experiments or projects as assigned and instructed by the Managers, Executive and Engineer.
∎ To carry out testing.
∎ To be responsible in proper upkeep of Laboratory facilities.
∎ To be responsible in maintaining adequate stocks of consumable items in the Laboratory.
∎ Follow safety procedures to ensure safe working environment.
∎ To maintain good housekeeping and cleanliness in the laboratory.
∎ To actively involved in 5S activities and continuous contribution on Kaizen.
∎ Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following above.
∎ Ready-to-do any other assignment given by the company management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
∎ Should be well-behaved, honest and able to work timely.
∎ Able to work independently and proactively.
∎ Core competencies include strong communication skills, Strong leadership and team management skills, organizational and problem solving skills, conflict resolution skills, and ability to analyze, plan, and schedule.
∎ Ability to read/ write English. But knowledge of Bangla a plus.
∎ Computer skills.
∎ Age relaxation in case of experienced.
