Educational Requirements:
∎ SSC
∎ SSC or Equivalent. But educational qualification is relaxing in case of experienced.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plans, organizes, and manages production operations for a specific department(s) across all shifts.
∎ Helps to maintain a safe, healthy and organized working environment for all areas.
∎ Plans and schedules work to meet production requirements while making effective use of labor, material, and equipment.
∎ Manages supervisor(s) on all shifts insofar it relates to the kilns to maintain production within department.
∎ Coaches and reviews performance of direct reports.
∎ Serves as technical expert in plant for assigned process, sufficient to train new supervisors or production employees.
∎ Assures adherence to operating standards, assists in the coordination of production schedules and budget planning.
∎ Interviews applicants and evaluates selection of new employees in hiring and transfer process.
∎ Conducts training on new procedures and oversees new hire training.
∎ Ensures the kiln equipment is working within specifications, safely and efficiently.
∎ Ensures quality control measures are met.
∎ Troubleshoots problems that present themselves at the exit (cracks, warpage, size etc.), identifies and resolves kiln issues and notifies upstream departments when upstream causes are identified.
∎ Monitors the inventory of kiln consumables, but it's not limited.
∎ Monitors status of equipment and consumables and organizes/requests interventions to maintain optimal conditions.
∎ Ensures all personnel are trained on kiln standard operating procedures.
∎ Coordinates maintenance needs for departmental operations.
∎ Manpower setting, monitoring daily duty schedule, leaves & other facilities and communication with HR for official roles and regulation for smooth operation of department.
∎ Any other task assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
∎ Should be well-behaved, honest and able to work timely.
∎ Able to work independently and proactively.
∎ Core competencies include strong communication skills, Strong leadership and team management skills, organizational and problem solving skills, conflict resolution skills, and ability to analyze, plan, and schedule.
∎ Ability to read/ write English. But knowledge of Bangla a plus.
∎ Basic computer skills.
∎ Mechanical ability.
∎ Age relaxation in case of experienced.

Salary: Negotiable
