Educational Requirements:
∎ SSC
∎ SSC or Equivalent. But educational qualification is relaxing in case of experienced.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organize and meet the production schedule instructed by the management.
∎ Planning for the upcoming product and prepare sampling with the coordination of related department like Laboratory.
∎ Executing the operations of glaze line and printing as well as TF loading to TF unloading point to avoid the problems affecting the quality of the product.
∎ Check line samples hourly to maintain quality.
∎ Giving instructions to the operators to perform well and try to avoid break downs.
∎ Check the log book status, monitoring process parameters properly.
∎ Communicate all other section officer for managing and developing working process and achieve target production.
∎ Ensure safety of the people related to the section.
∎ Manage optimum manpower for uninterrupted production.
∎ Understand human behavior at the working place and take necessary steps if any bad incident occurs.
∎ If any critical problem arises, communicate with senior concern. Try to solve the problem with the help of related departmental people Maintenance Dept., Utility Department.
∎ Practice to wear protection equipment to avoid accidents.
∎ Make the working area clean.
∎ Manpower setting, monitoring daily duty schedule, leaves & other facilities and communication with HR for official roles and regulation for smooth operation of department.
∎ Any other task assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
∎ Should be well-behaved, honest and able to work timely.
∎ Able to work independently and proactively.
∎ Core competencies include strong communication skills, Strong leadership and team management skills, organizational and problem solving skills, conflict resolution skills, and ability to analyze, plan, and schedule.
∎ Ability to read/ write English. But knowledge of Bangla a plus.
∎ Basic computer skills.
∎ Mechanical ability.
∎ Age relaxation in case of experienced.
