∎ Master of Science (MSc)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 14 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): 5 years to 7 years experience as Head of Production., Ability to Work Under Pressure, Adaptibility, Production Operation Management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understand critical operations and take necessary actions to improve. Look for reductions of non-value added activities. Method improvements, innovations as much as possible.
∎ Check & confirm SMV & CM of each style before PO confirmation.
∎ Work with planning department and provide guide lines for arranging the production plan.
∎ Understand possible defects, critical operations & take necessary actions to solve in pilot run stage. Arrange operator training if required. Arrange mock ups for critical operations.
∎ Plan & organize the production floor according to T&A.
∎ Ensure the special machines & man power availability is sufficient to meet the required production plan.
∎ Identify & manage abnormalities of production. Take necessary actions to minimize machine idle time/ lost time.
∎ Conduct rout cause analyzing for problems and arrange, re-organize process, systems for avoid happening the same.
∎ Conducting daily production meeting & proactive response towards potential problems & coordinate with relevant departments for solutions.
∎ Monitor Hour by Hour chart & motivate subordinates to achieve the required efficiency & planned no of Pcs.
∎ Closely monitor plan vs actual and make sure that the deliveries are not affected. If any, take necessary actions to get them back to the plan.
∎ Identify less efficient operators & motivate them, if required take necessary actions to retrain them.
∎ Take necessary actions to minimize wastage of fabric & accessories.
∎ Follow-up machine maintains schedule, and make sure on time cleaning and maintains done.
∎ Maintain documents according to ISO requirements.

∎ Age 35 to 45 years
