Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Merchandiser to support our merchandising team in managing buyer communications, order follow-up, production tracking, and shipment coordination. The ideal candidate will be organized, eager to learn, and able to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist senior merchandisers in daily communication with buyers and suppliers.
Follow up on order status from sampling to shipment.
Coordinate with production, planning, and quality teams to ensure on-time delivery.
Track yarn and accessory in-house dates and update reports accordingly.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of all orders and correspondence.
Support in arranging samples and approvals from buyers.
Monitor production progress and highlight potential delays or issues.
