Experience:
Develop comprehensive project plans, monitor timelines, and ensure project milestones are met.
Conduct quality checks on project sites to ensure work meets technical standards and
specifications.
Lead the design team in preparing system layouts, schematics, and detailed drawings.
Lead and supervise the technical team for project execution.
Prepare and submit technical reports, work progress reports, and project status updates to management.
Prepare detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and technical proposals.
Create accurate AutoCAD drawings, HVAC layouts, and system schematics.
Oversee the installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of VRF AC systems.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers for smooth project delivery.
Conduct training sessions and technical briefings for internal teams and clients.
