Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitor the project’s progress against the plan, making adjustments as necessary to stay on track.
∎ Contribute to planning, implementing, and monitoring consortium project Disability Inclusion interventions in coordination with IRC, other organizations and CDD teams.
∎ Support BHA consortium partner to develop a detailed Disability Inclusion action plan for implementation of advocacy/ technical advisory strategy with partner mainstream actors.
∎ Technical expertise and support:
∎ Coordinate the planning, execution, and monitoring of the program, prioritizing age, gender, and disability inclusion.
∎ Collaborate on consortium and mainstream projects, with a strong emphasis on inclusive initiatives in protection, Livelihood, and DRR.
∎ Develop a comprehensive action plan for the effective implementation of inclusion activities across the program.
∎ Offer technical guidance to mainstreaming, consortium partners, sectors, and working groups, ensuring that the inclusion and mainstreaming of diverse groups are integral to their efforts.
∎ Based on the Humanitarian Inclusion Standards and IASC Guidelines, work with targeted mainstream organizations to incorporate disability inclusion into MEAL frameworks and develop implementation plans to meet indicators.
∎ Design and support humanitarian partners in collecting disability disaggregated data using the Washington Group Short Set of Questions and conducting Capacity Gap Analysis, including focus group discussion inclusive of persons with disabilities.
∎ Conduct a thorough assessment of the organization's or community's training needs related to disability inclusion.
∎ Develop customized training programs and curricula tailored to address identified needs.
∎ External Representation, Coordination and Advocacy:
∎ Engage with a diverse range of stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and advocacy groups, to foster collaboration and promote disability inclusion.
∎ In coordination with IRC and other organizations, participate in meetings related to the BHA project & relevant sectors & cluster coordination meetings to identify opportunities to promote disability mainstreaming.
∎ Advocate for the rights and needs of marginalized groups, both within the project and in the broader community.
∎ Advocate for disability inclusion at a systemic level, working with policymakers and other stakeholders to drive change.
∎ Adhere to CDD's Children and Adults at Risk Safeguarding policy, ensuring the safety and well-being of all project participants.
∎ Promote a safe and secure environment for all participants and stakeholders of the project.
∎ Report any safeguarding concerns promptly and follow the designated reporting procedures.
∎ Perform any other responsibility/ special duty delegated by the supervisor/line manager or CDD management.

∎ Duties and Responsibilities:
