∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Human Resources & Development, Recruitment & Selection

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute a plan to identify, attract, and retain world-class engineering candidates
∎ Work with hiring managers to specify roles, responsibilities, and requirements
∎ Develop pipelines of qualified candidates to fill role
∎ Work with product development managers to screen candidates and fill roles
∎ Manage recruitment process, activities, and interactions so that every candidate has a positive experience
∎ Work with hiring managers to onboard new employees
∎ Influence and drive best practices throughout AnyConnect

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 5+ years demonstrable technology recruitment experience
∎ Proven experience managing multiple projects and deadlines
∎ Excellent English communication skills
