∎ Masters degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct Social Compliance/ Environment/Chemical audits based on the buyer Code of conduct as well as generating reports.
∎ Conduct Follow-up Audit based on the Buyer audit.
∎ Communicating with the buyer through the mail and verbal day-to-day activities.
∎ Ensure the factories are always prepared/ready for audits like social compliance Audit, Technical.
∎ Conduct internal audits as well as make the report and follow up these CAPs.
∎ Ensure Access/Right to Inspection during buyer's Audits.
∎ Makes sure all factories & partners are complying with the rules and regulations our buyers uphold.
∎ Cooperate with and support other auditors and staff.
∎ Assist factory to improve the factory Compliance status as per standard of Labor Law, other Laws related to compliance safety of a factory, ACCORD standard etc.
∎ Monitoring pool factories certification e.g., BSCI, WRAP, SEDEX.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary:
∎ Tk. 45000 (Monthly)
∎ Must be computer literate and comfortable with Microsoft Office and willing to use/learn other software.
Must be comfortable with travelling inside Dhaka city.
Fully Proficient in English and Bangla
