Experience:

• At least 5 years

• Masters in Engineering (MEngg) in Textile Technology
• Masters in Engineering (MEngg) in Industrial Eng & Production

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Buying House

• Age 30 to 45 years

• Knowledge of specific processes of textile industry such as stitching phase, cutting phase, printing phase, packaging phase (any special processes qualifications will represent advantage on the evaluation)

• Familiarity with basic Project Management skills and with main Problem Solving methodologies (Ishikawa Diagram, 8D Report), Risk Assessment (FMEA) and statistical analysis

• Experience in supporting the assigned supplier in order to ensure the right surveillance level of the production processes, to guarantee the compliance of the products

• Knowledge of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) methodology·       Familiarity with the general Quality Management System (QMS) standard (ISO 9001, ISO 9004, ISO 19011)

• Knowledge of the materials technologies and properties

• Great communications skills, proactive approach in potential Quality issues identification

• Planning and completion of Potential Audits and periodic Process Control Plan Audit (PCPA) on the production processes for supplier qualification

• Definition and monitoring of Process Quality KPIs

• Definition of improvement plans and supervision of their implementation

• Support to suppliers in the prevention and resolution of problems

• Participation in New Product Development (NPD) phases for issues relating to Product and Process Quality to ensure the industrialization of products in compliance with the Quality Targets and to prevent problems before the Pre-Production Sample (PPS)

• Management and development of improvement proposals on the Quality control checklists

• Identification of improvement and savings opportunities on production lines improving and maintaining the target Quality level

• Participation to the creation with suppliers of Process Failure Mode & Effects Analysis (PFMEA), flow charts and Control Plan (CP) documents

• Collaboration with the technicians responsible for checking the finished garment in order to react and prevent in the process issues identified at product level
