Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure timely and accurate submission of revised SMS by vendors
∎ Ensure seal samples are submitted and approved as per the schedule
∎ Conduct style-wise risk analysis meetings with vendors to identify and address potential issues in production
∎ Download the Production Technical Sheets and release them to the vendors on time
∎ Follow up with vendors to ensure all materials and accessories are listed accurately in the Bill of Materials (BOM)
∎ Approve all bulk-related trims and accessories through the Inspection File
∎ Review and approve print-EMB strikeoff samples as well as secondary fabrics and trims for production
∎ Notify HQ of any discrepancies found in the Technical Sheets and ensure updates are released to vendors
∎ Review wash panel approvals and first drum approvals where necessary
∎ Ensure timely follow-up on shipment samples and approval from relevant parties
∎ Check the daily production technical sheet regularly for any updates
∎ Upon order confirmation, download the color card from IRIS to check missing color information and coordinate to HQ to collect missing data
∎ Release lab dip, bulk fabric and trims comments to fabric mills and factories, and download the QTX value of colors for the factory
∎ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with production specifications
∎ Other related works assigned time to time
