Responsibilities & Context:
  • Act as a crucial point of contact between executive leadership and team members, to foster strong relationships and facilitate effective communication.

  • Managing all aspects of People Operations, including onboarding/offboarding, compensation administration, payroll, attendance, leave, and performance management etc.

  • Spearhead engaging events and initiatives that promote a high-performing, inclusive, and mission-driven culture, encouraging interaction and collaboration across teams.

  • Working closely with management and team members, role holder to strengthen work relationships, boost morale, and enhance productivity and retention.

  • Take charge of managing multiple vendors and budgets for office and facility management, ensuring a seamless and efficient operation.

  • Help new team members integrate smoothly by providing the necessary equipment, information, and guidance on company procedures and policies.

  • Be the eyes and ears on the ground and drive change management efforts, championing a positive attitude towards change and leveraging tools and technologies to enhance the overall employee experience.

  • Coordinate and support key initiatives such as performance reviews, training programs, engagement surveys, employee engagement initiatives, career development plans, and local policy creation and maintenance.
