Educational Requirements:
∎
∎ Diploma in Engineering In (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Power)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Physical hand experienced and skilled for operation & maintenance for the injection molds ,
∎ Mold operation & maintenance with standard & quality data setting, mold line troubleshooting,
∎ Molds spare parts and accessories requirements and available stock,
∎ Mold operating & maintenance cost control,
∎ Preventive and routine wise mold maintenance and keep effective always for ready for production,
∎ Zero molds breakdown and keeping molds in good performance,
∎ Molds maintenance log sheet maintain and breakdown recording,
∎ Continue molds checking and keeping them rust free.
∎ Molds water line, gate, pin, cavity & core pin including ejector pin, part by part by checking, assembly and setting during maintenance etc.
∎ Skilled operator for the following production machinery -
∎ - Injection molding m/c.
∎ - PVC Extrusion m/c,
∎ - Syringe & Insulin Printing m/c,
∎ -Syringe Assembling m/c , Needle Assembling m/c, Insulin assembly line m/c,
∎ - IV Canula production line machinery ,
∎ - Urine Bag production line machinery,
∎ - Needle & SVS line,
∎ -Hard Blister packing m/c,
∎ -Sterilization m/c,
∎ - First Aid Bandage m/c ,
∎ -Alcohol pad and Blood collection tube line etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5/6 years physical hand experienced in any Syringe & medical device manufacturing company.
∎ Qualification is relax able for higher experienced persons
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
