Responsibilities & Context:
- Lead and oversee the implementation of the Company’s long and short-term agrochemical business plans in accordance with its strategy.
- Provide annual budget, marketing & sales plan of agrochemicals business.
- Planning, implementing and monitoring of sales budget.
- Conduct extensive field visit to monitor all sales personnel.
- Prepare and execute local & international purchase plan also maintain proper supply chain.
- Selection and sourcing of new product for registration follow up registration of new Product.
- You are responsible to report Group CEO.
