Responsibilities & Context:
  • Consistent meet or exceed monthly sales goals within the assigned area, contributing to the company’s revenue growth.
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive weekly and monthly sales reports, providing insights into performance metrics and market trends.
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities, implementing effective strategies to broaden market coverage and increase customer base.
  • Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with distributor and retailers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Regular visit markets to engage with customers, understand their needs, and promote company products and services.
  • Monitor competitor activities, gathering information on pricing, products, and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing and resolving complaints or feedback promptly in accordance with company policy.
  • Implement strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share within the assigned area.
  • Maintain discipline, professionalism, and uphold the company's brand image in all field activities.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to travel extensively as required to meet business objectives and customer needs.
  • Collaborating with the business development department to ensure that the company is reaching its target audience.
  • Analyzing competitors' products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market needed.
  • Research, prospect, and establish corporate relationships with existing key customers.
