Responsibilities & Context:
Ventura Leatherware Mfy. (BD) Ltd. is seeking proactive and experienced Leather Factory Supervisor for Product Engineering Dept. to assist in product development technically and ensure smooth workflow in our manufacturing facility. This role involves leading the pilot team, ensuring product quality, managing resources efficiently, and upholding safety standards.
Job Responsibilities:
Ensure on-time completion of pilot/trial samples as per product development plans.
Confirm proper methods, tools, and materials for trial and bulk production.
Identify and solve technical problems during pilot sample making.
Ensure quality standards are met and actively participate in decision-making before approving pilot samples.
Lead and manage the sample team, ensuring efficient work allocation, team discipline, and follow-up.
Provide technical support in the workshop, if required.
Complete any additional assignments provided by the management.
