Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Supervise non-management staffs to produce manufactured products, as well as organize and monitor workflow.
∎ 2. Ensure operation of equipment by calling for repairs and evaluate new equipment and techniques.
∎ 3. Resolve problems by analyzing data, investigating issues, identifying solutions, and assisting production manager for the action.
∎ 4. Maintain and ensure safe and clean work environment by educating and directing staffs on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources, and maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.
∎ 5. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
