Responsibilities & Context:
- Production planning & reporting on productivity, materials, inventory and reconciliation of individual style.
- Maintain the Quality control of Production.
- Maintain PMS Software.
- Overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule.
- Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed.
- Liaison among different departments, e.g. QC, Logistic, Maintenance, Administration & Accounts.
- Ensuring the health and safety guidelines are followed.
- Supervising and motivating a team of workers.
- Any other responsibility and maintenance of register as assigned by the management Responsible for reporting to superior.
