Responsibilities & Context:
Receive drawing from design team and ensure production plan as per requirement for both internal & external customer.
Assist line manager to obtain optimum use of equipment, materials and workers
Allocate material & manpower in accordance with the production to avoid bottleneck of production
Responsible for steel fabrication and metal fabrication as per standard of American Welding Society
Supervise operators and helpers to meet production activities
Ensure and Control the quality of products as per requirement
Identify problems of production and suggest tentative solutions to line manager
Assist in preparing production plan to achieve production target
Optimize wastage and reduce production cost
Keep records of each project to prepare production reports and submit it to plant head
