• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Glass & Ceramic Technology

• Age 35 to 45 years

·       Analyzing, identifying the problems in the raw materials

·       Testing physical and mechanical properties of raw materials

·       Developing new ball slip, body slip and glaze compositions of new products to increase the mold life of Plaster of Paris (PoP)

·       Handling Laser Particle Analyzer (Malvern) PSD

·       Developing new Body slip sample, which will pass the Quality Tests (Load Bearing Test, Flushing Test, dimension & Thickness measurements)

·       Improving the casting rate of body slip

·       Improving the body slip properties such as Fired color, Green and fired Modulus of Rupture (MOR), Water absorption, Contraction and Distortion

·       Improving the Consistency of Raw Material Parameters such as Moisture Content, Color, Particle Size, Total Dissolved Solids (TDS), and Deflocculated Demand

·       Analyzing and determining of Root cause of the defects in the body and glaze

·       Making effective batch of glaze preparation

·       Reducing the power consumption by controlling the grinding hours in the ball mill without affecting the quality of glaze

·       Controlling and stabilizing the color shade match of the product

·       Reducing the Body and Glaze defects and has increased once-fire efficiency
