Executive, Business Coordination is a Secretarial role that will work with the Deputy Executive Director and support the business portfolios. Major Responsibilities are -
Manage the calendar and appointments of the business head.
Assist in preparing and coordinating meetings, including agenda preparation and meeting minutes.
Provide data analysis support and presentation preparation.
Manage the logistics and preparation of the business visits (both domestic & foreign) for the department heads.
Draft, proofread, and distribute emails, memos, and other correspondence on behalf of the department heads.
Track and prioritize tasks for the business head, ensuring deadlines are met and issues are escalated as necessary.
Manage the official visits of foreign principals/delegates/ representatives and ensure hospitality and logistics support.
Assist in business events/campaign planning & organizing.
Coordinate with the cross-functional departments as per the business priorities.
Maintain databases and records, and ensure documents and correspondence are handled and filed systematically.
Manage Bills & Expenses related with the Business Visit & Meetings.
