Responsibilities & Context:
Support the Chairman in overall group management and routine functions, including follow-up on communications with and assigned tasks to various executives within the organization.
Provide comprehensive administrative support in delivering assignments, initiatives, and confidential matters on behalf of the Chairman’s office.
Coordinate, attend, and document minutes for the Chairman’s meetings and ensure timely follow-up on action points.
Manage the Chairman’s schedule, travel, appointments, and correspondence; prioritize tasks and ensure smooth daily operations.
Prepare briefing notes, presentations, and reports for high-level meetings and engagements.
Conduct research and analysis as directed by the Chairman to support informed decision-making and organizational planning.
Serve as a communication bridge between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and confidentiality.
Utilize digital tools and AI-driven platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, CRM systems, and scheduling software) to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
Demonstrate strong digital dexterity — managing executive emails, dashboards, and virtual collaboration tools (Zoom, Teams, Slack, etc.).
Exercise strategic judgment and decision-making during the Chairman’s absence, ensuring operations continue smoothly and priorities are maintained.
Represent the Chairman with professionalism, discretion, and executive presence in all internal and external interactions.
Continuously identify process improvements, automation opportunities, and tools that optimize efficiency and align with organizational goals.
Assist country offices with correspondence, memos, and follow-up actions as requested by the Chairman.
