  • Willingness to work flexible hours and travel domestically or internationally for business tours as required.



Responsibilities & Context:

We are seeking a highly organized, and dynamic Personal Secretary (PS) to provide comprehensive administrative, secretarial, and strategic support to the CEO. This individual will serve as the primary gatekeeper and liaison for executive-level engagements, ensuring smooth coordination of internal and external communication.

  • Executive Administration: Report directly to the Chairman, managing their complex calendar, appointments, meeting agendas, and taking precise Minutes of Meetings (MoM).

  • Liaison & Coordination: Act as the primary bridge between Top Management, group company Heads of Departments (HODs), and sister concerns to ensure smooth information flow and implementation of decisions.

  • Government & Stakeholder Relations: Maintain close liaison with corporate partners and regulatory bodies.

  • Correspondence & Documentation: Independently draft and manage high-quality business letters, emails, presentations, and reports in both English and Bangla.

  • Travel & Protocol Management: Plan complete local and international itineraries (flights, hotels, transport, embassy visa processing).

  • Confidentiality & Data Security: Manage highly sensitive corporate, financial, and personal information with absolute discretion.

  • Operations & Project Support: Track project timelines, prioritize multi-task workflows, and coordinate with HR/Admin teams to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

  • Office & Expense Tracking: Maintain accurate databases, track travel/office expenses, and prepare expense reports for management review.
