Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bengali, with proven strength in drafting official letters, executive summaries, and formal meeting minutes.
Advanced working proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace, along with document tracking systems and digital workflow platforms.
Demonstrated capability in maintaining rigorous confidentiality with sensitive agreements, regulatory filings, and corporate affairs with absolute integrity and discretion.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills, with the agility to manage demanding deadlines and shifting executive priorities effectively.
Job Context:
This role will provide high-level executive and administrative support to the CEO, ensuring seamless management of executive schedules, meetings, official correspondence, corporate documentation, and travel logistics. Serving as a key coordination point between the CEO’s Office and internal departments, subsidiaries, regulatory authorities (such as Bangladesh Bank and government bodies), corporate partners, and external stakeholders, the role requires strong organizational acumen, impeccable discretion, strict confidentiality, and rigorous tracking of executive directives and priority assignments.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the CEO’s daily schedule, appointments, corporate calendar, high-level business engagements, and official commitments.
Prepare, draft, review, format, and maintain official correspondence, executive summaries, presentations, briefing notes, and comprehensive meeting minutes.
Coordinate internal and external executive meetings, committee briefings, and management events, overseeing agendas, working materials, presentations, and post-meeting action points.
Proactively monitor and track decisions, pending approvals, actionable deliverables, and priority assignments delegated by the CEO to ensure timely completion.
Coordinate end-to-end domestic and international travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, visa applications, invitation letters, detailed itineraries, and supporting logistics.
Receive and liaise with VIP delegates, government officials, regulatory authorities (e.g., Central Bank), foreign dignitaries, and business partners on behalf of the CEO’s Office.
Maintain structured physical and electronic filing systems for executive files, contracts, MoUs, board documentation, and highly sensitive corporate records.
Review and verify bills, invoices, requisition requests, and administrative paperwork for accuracy prior to obtaining executive review and signature approval.
Facilitate efficient communication and workflow alignment between the CEO’s Office, operating divisions, subsidiaries, external partners, and regulatory bodies.
Draft official notices, administrative office orders, and process improvement recommendations, executing priority assignments delegated by the CEO.
