Responsibilities & Context:
  • Support the Chairman in overall group management and routine functions, including follow-up on communications with and assigned tasks to various executives within the organization.

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support in delivering assignments, initiatives, and confidential matters on behalf of the Chairman’s office.

  • Coordinate, attend, and document minutes for the Chairman’s meetings and ensure timely follow-up on action points.

  • Manage the Chairman’s schedule, travel, appointments, and correspondence; prioritize tasks and ensure smooth daily operations.

  • Prepare briefing notes, presentations, and reports for high-level meetings and engagements.

  • Conduct research and analysis as directed by the Chairman to support informed decision-making and organizational planning.

  • Serve as a communication bridge between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and confidentiality.

  • Utilize digital tools and AI-driven platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, CRM systems, and scheduling software) to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.

  • Demonstrate strong digital dexterity — managing executive emails, dashboards, and virtual collaboration tools (Zoom, Teams, Slack, etc.).

  • Exercise strategic judgment and decision-making during the Chairman’s absence, ensuring operations continue smoothly and priorities are maintained.

  • Represent the Chairman with professionalism, discretion, and executive presence in all internal and external interactions.

  • Continuously identify process improvements, automation opportunities, and tools that optimize efficiency and align with organizational goals.

  • Assist country offices with correspondence, memos, and follow-up actions as requested by the Chairman.
