Position: Electronics & Telecom Engineer

Company: Nafisa Enterprise

Location: Dhaka

Nafisa Enterprise is looking for a motivated and technically competent Electronics & Telecom Engineer to join our engineering team.

Educational Qualification

• B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE), Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering (ETE), or a related discipline from a recognized public or private university.

• Candidates with a Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering and strong practical experience are also encouraged to apply.

Experience

• Experience in telecom equipment installation, maintenance, and repair.

• Practical experience in troubleshooting complex electronic circuits.

• Experience working with RF or communication equipment will be an advantage.

Required Technical Skills

• Ability to diagnose and repair electronic and telecom equipment.

• Strong knowledge of analog and digital electronic circuits.

• Hands-on experience using:

  • Oscilloscope

  • Signal Generator

  • Digital Multimeter

  • DC Power Supply

  • Spectrum Analyzer (preferred)

  • RF test equipment (preferred)

• Ability to read electronic schematics and circuit diagrams.

• Component-level troubleshooting and repair capability.

• Experience in soldering and replacing SMD and through-hole components.

• Good understanding of power supplies, communication interfaces, and embedded electronic systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with telecom, wireless communication, surveillance, RF, or defence electronics.

• Willingness to travel anywhere in Bangladesh for installation, commissioning, and maintenance work.

• Good communication and reporting skills.

• Ability to work independently under challenging conditions.
