Position

Visa Processing Executive (Female)

Key Responsibilities

• Process visa applications for Germany, Japan, UK, Malaysia, Singapore, and other destinations

• Conduct Facebook Live sessions to promote our study abroad, career, and visa programs

• Counsel students and job seekers regarding visa requirements and documentation

• Prepare, verify, and submit visa applications

• Coordinate with universities, employers, embassies, and international partners

• Follow up with clients throughout the visa processing journey

• Maintain accurate client records and deliver excellent customer service

Requirements

• Female candidate

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in visa processing or overseas education consultancy

• Confident in presenting on Facebook Live and creating promotional video content

• Excellent communication skills in Bangla and English

• Strong knowledge of visa documentation and embassy procedures

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, email, and online application systems

• Professional, well-groomed, and customer-focused
