About the Role

We are looking for a smart, energetic, and customer-oriented Receptionist / Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a professional appearance, and the ability to manage front office operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and candidates professionally.

  • Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries.

  • Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules.

  • Coordinate with internal departments and management.

  • Manage office correspondence, courier services, and document filing.

  • Keep the reception area organized and presentable.

  • Support day-to-day administrative and office operations.

  • Assist overseas job applicants with basic information and document submission.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).

  • 1 year of experience in reception, customer service, or administrative roles (Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply).

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bangla and English.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Pleasant personality with a positive attitude and professional etiquette.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a manpower recruitment agency, travel agency, or service-oriented organization.

  • Knowledge of overseas recruitment procedures will be an added advantage.
