Experience:
Serve as a key insights partner to Brand, Marketing, and Commercial teams.
Support brand teams in developing insight-driven brand strategies and annual business plans.
Translate consumer and market data into recommendations that drive business growth.
Lead the generation of consumer and shopper insights to understand motivations, behaviors, and purchase journeys.
Identify unmet consumer needs and growth opportunities within categories.
Support development of consumer segmentation and target audience frameworks.
Analyze market performance, category trends to identify patterns, and competitive landscape, emerging market opportunities and socio demographic indicators, technology etc.
Develop regular insights on category dynamics, growth drivers, and emerging opportunities.
Provide data-driven perspectives to guide strategic decisions.
Partner with brand and innovation teams to guide product development based on consumer insights.
Support concept testing, product testing, and communication evaluation.
Ensure innovation pipelines are grounded in real consumer needs and market opportunities.
Integrate insights from multiple sources including consumer research, retail audits, internal sales data, and market intelligence.
Translate complex data into clear and compelling insight stories for stakeholders.
Present actionable recommendations to cross-functional teams and leadership.
Manage qualitative and quantitative research projects including U&A studies, brand health tracking, and consumer testing.
Collaborate with research agencies to ensure methodological rigor and high-quality outputs.
Ensure efficient utilization of insight budgets.
Wide-range of nationwide market and field visit is a must as and when required.
Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Trade Marketing, Innovation, and Supply Chain teams.
Facilitate insight sharing across the organization to build a strong consumer-centric culture.
