• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Artificial Intelligence (AI) Startup

• Age 35 to 45 years

• Lead end-to-end delivery of applied AI solutions, including problem formulation, model development, system architecture, deployment, and monitoring.

• Translate complex business and industry challenges into scalable AI/ML system designs.

• Define technical standards, best practices, and architectural patterns for applied AI systems.

• Review and guide model development, code quality, data pipelines, and system integration.

• Ensure robustness, scalability, security, and performance of AI applications in production.

• Oversee MLOps pipelines including model training, versioning, deployment, monitoring, and retraining.

• Collaborate closely with AI Research, Data Science, Product, and Customer Success teams.

• Act as a technical interface between engineering teams and business stakeholders.

• Support product roadmaps with feasibility analysis and technical input.

• Lead, mentor, and develop applied AI engineers and junior team members.

• Conduct technical reviews, coaching sessions, and performance feedback.

• Foster a culture of engineering excellence, accountability, and continuous learning.

• Ensure applied AI solutions adhere to ethical AI principles, fairness, transparency, and explain ability where required.

• Enforce data privacy, security, and compliance standards.

• Drive documentation, reproducibility, and operational discipline across projects.

• Any other responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.
