Responsibilities & Context:
  • Lead the design and execution of consumer, shopper, and market research studies.

  • Develop deep understanding of consumer behavior, motivations, and purchase journeys across key categories.

  • Translate research findings into clear, actionable insights for business teams.

  • Provide insight-driven recommendations to support brand strategy, innovation, and communication development.

  • Partner with Brand and Marketing teams to guide product development and positioning through consumer understanding.

  • Support category growth strategies through market analysis and trend identification.

  • Manage both qualitative and quantitative research projects including concept testing, product testing, U&A studies, brand health tracking, and segmentation studies.

  • Integrate multiple data sources (consumer research, retail audit, sales data, digital analytics) to develop holistic insights.

  • Ensure research methodologies and analysis meet global best practices.

  • Monitor emerging consumer trends, cultural shifts, and category dynamics relevant to the Consumer Brands portfolio.

  • Provide periodic insight reports to leadership highlighting opportunities and risks.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, and Innovation.

  • Present insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and compelling manner.

  • Manage relationships with research agencies and data partners.

  • Ensure research quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery of insights.
