Experience:
Lead the design and execution of consumer, shopper, and market research studies.
Develop deep understanding of consumer behavior, motivations, and purchase journeys across key categories.
Translate research findings into clear, actionable insights for business teams.
Provide insight-driven recommendations to support brand strategy, innovation, and communication development.
Partner with Brand and Marketing teams to guide product development and positioning through consumer understanding.
Support category growth strategies through market analysis and trend identification.
Manage both qualitative and quantitative research projects including concept testing, product testing, U&A studies, brand health tracking, and segmentation studies.
Integrate multiple data sources (consumer research, retail audit, sales data, digital analytics) to develop holistic insights.
Ensure research methodologies and analysis meet global best practices.
Monitor emerging consumer trends, cultural shifts, and category dynamics relevant to the Consumer Brands portfolio.
Provide periodic insight reports to leadership highlighting opportunities and risks.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, and Innovation.
Present insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and compelling manner.
Manage relationships with research agencies and data partners.
Ensure research quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery of insights.
