Responsibilities & Context:
Daily Production Monitoring
Record piece-wise production from each line, section, or End line QI.
Maintain hourly and daily production reports to track progress against targets.
Ensure real-time updates to supervisors and managers.
Data Accuracy & Verification
Cross-check production figures with line supervisors and quality inspectors.
Prevent discrepancies between actual output vs. reported output.
Maintain error-free records for audits and buyer inspections.
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare daily production summaries for management.
Submit line-wise output reports to Industrial Engineering (IE) & Production Managers.
Support monthly MIS (Management Information System) reporting.
Co-ordination & Communication
Liaise with line supervisors, floor in-charges, and the IE department.
Communicate production shortfalls or excesses with related section heads.
Support in Target Achievement
Track production vs. plan and highlight deviations.
Compliance & Accountability
Ensure production records are transparent and auditable.
Follow company policies on data handling and confidentiality.
Support compliance audits by providing accurate production logs.
