Experience:

• Bachelor`s degree in business administration, Statistics, Economics, Management Information Systems, Public Health, or a related discipline from a reputed university.

• 8 to 10 years

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in clinic management, healthcare operations, or multi-site service delivery.

• Prior experience in business organization, healthcare industry, or relevant organization

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Ability to manage multiple clinics, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously.

• Willingness and ability to travel regularly within the assigned zone.

Job Description

• Manage and oversee day-to-day clinical and administrative operations of the assigned clinic.

• Coordinate doctors, paramedics, and non-clinical staff to ensure smooth service delivery.

• Act as the main point of contact for clinical, operational, and client-related issues at clinic level.

• Provide operational supervision and performance oversight to all clinics within the assigned area.

• Monitor and achieve clinic KPIs, including service delivery, revenue, quality indicators, and regulatory compliance metrics.

• Conduct regular planned clinic visits within the assigned areas to validate performance data, service quality, and operational practices.

• Support monitoring of clinic performance indicators, field force activities, marketing initiatives, and service utilization.

• Assist Operations leadership with analytical inputs for planning, forecasting, and performance reviews.

• Salary: 70,000/- + other benefits
