Manager – Operation at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. As part of our expanding industrial portfolio, this position plays a critical role in ensuring end-to-end operational excellence, product quality in the manufacturing process.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end retail solar business operations including sales support, project execution, installation, commissioning, and after-sales service.
Manage and guide field teams, technicians, supervisors, and vendors to ensure timely, safe, and quality project delivery.
Ensure operational efficiency through proper workforce planning, maintenance management, and quality control across all retail locations and projects.
Monitor project costs, optimize operational expenses, and ensure profitability while maintaining service quality and safety standards.
Coordinate with sales, supply chain, procurement, and finance teams to ensure smooth material planning, inventory control, and execution readiness.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards during installation and maintenance activities.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, customer satisfaction, and operational performance.
Analyze operational data, prepare regular reports, and provide actionable insights to management for strategic decision-making.
Support business growth initiatives by improving processes, expanding service capabilities, and strengthening vendor and partner relationships.
