About the Role:

RFL Group is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Factory Head – Tyre & Tube Business to lead large-scale manufacturing operations of tyre, tube, and rubber-based products.

This is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing end-to-end factory operations, ensuring excellence in production, quality, cost optimization, safety, and people management. The position will play a critical role in enhancing manufacturing efficiency, strengthening operational capability, and supporting the continuous growth of the Tyre & Tube Business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end factory operations including production, planning, maintenance, quality, and logistics

• Drive achievement of production targets across injection molding, blow molding, and extrusion units

• Ensure strict quality compliance with ISO standards and regulatory requirements

• Optimize machine utilization, cycle time, and process efficiency to reduce wastage and downtime

• Implement cost control strategies for raw materials, energy, and manpower utilization

• Build and lead high-performing teams, ensuring strong leadership pipeline and performance culture

• Champion Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Kaizen, and automation initiatives

• Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) standards

• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Procurement, Sales, and Product Development teams

• Monitor and drive KPIs such as OEE, rejection rate, cost per unit, and productivity

• Lead continuous improvement and transformation initiatives across factory operations
