• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Real Estate, Interior Design, Developer

• Age 24 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Strong knowledge of interior construction methods (false ceiling, partitions, finishes, joinery, painting, flooring, MEP coordination).

• Ability to lead site execution solo with minimal supervision.

• Sound understanding of materials, measurements, and BOQ-related work.

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability on-site.

• Good communication and reporting skills.

• Proficiency in reading AutoCAD drawings (basic to intermediate).

• Strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and accountability.

• Experience in independent site handling will be given strong preference.

Job Summary

Dot 5 Private Limited is seeking a competent and self-driven Site Engineer with strong experience in interior project execution. The selected candidate must be capable of running projects independently, executing work strictly as per Architectural drawings and design intent, and ensuring quality, time, and cost control without failure.

Main & Core Responsibilities

• Execute interior projects independently on-site in line with approved architectural drawings, shop drawings, and specifications.

• Interpret and implement architectural and interior design details accurately without deviation.

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily site activities, manpower, subcontractors, and vendors.

• Ensure quality workmanship, finishing standards, and compliance with company and client requirements.

• Monitor material usage, control wastage, and ensure timely availability of materials.

• Coordinate closely with Architects, Design Team, Operation Manager, and assign persons of Head Office (if required).

• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports.

• Identify site challenges and resolve technical issues proactively without escalation delays.

• Maintain site safety, discipline, and housekeeping.

• Ensure project completion within approved timeline and budget.

• Handle client or consultant site instructions professionally and responsibly.

• Ensure proper documentation including work completion records, snag lists, and handover documents.
