Responsibilities & Context

Monitor daily activities and ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, SOP, and other quality systems.

Conduct daily production floor inspections on a line-wise basis, finished goods storage areas.

Ensure that the physical specifications of each product are maintained during production.

Monitor finished product samples daily and verify product specifications as per SOP, including size, shape, texture, microbial cross-contamination, physical quality, and chemical quality.

Monitor hygiene, pest control, sanitation, allergen handling, and equipment cleanliness on a shift-wise basis.

Support continuous in-process quality inspection, HACCP and CCP monitoring, GMP and hygiene verification, documentation and record maintenance, finished product quality release, non-conformance handling, and corrective action follow-up.
