Responsibilities & Context:
অটোমেটিক লেদ মেশিন পরিচালনা ও পর্যবেক্ষণ করে নির্ধারিত স্পেসিফিকেশন অনুযায়ী ধাতব বা প্লাস্টিকের যন্ত্রাংশ উৎপাদন করা।
উৎপাদন শুরু করার আগে মেশিন, টুলস এবং উপকরণ সেটআপ করা।
টেকনিক্যাল ড্রয়িং, ব্লুপ্রিন্ট এবং কাজের নির্দেশনা পড়ে বুঝতে সক্ষম হওয়া।
প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী মেশিনের স্পিড, ফিড এবং কাটিং ডেপথ সমন্বয় করা।
কাঁচামাল মেশিনে লোড করা এবং প্রস্তুত পণ্য মেশিন থেকে অপসারণ করা।
ক্যালিপার, মাইক্রোমিটার এবং গেজের মতো পরিমাপক যন্ত্র ব্যবহার করে প্রস্তুত পণ্যের মাপ ও গুণগত মান পরীক্ষা করা।
মেশিনের সাধারণ রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ, পরিষ্কার এবং লুব্রিকেশন কাজ সম্পন্ন করা।
