Responsibilities & Context:
Savoy Food and Agro Industries Limited, a sister concern of the Golden Group, is a fast-growing organization in the Food & Condiments Manufacturing Industry of Bangladesh. To support the expansion of our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility at the National Special Economic Zone (Flagship Project of BEZA), Mirsarai, Chattogram, we are inviting applications from experienced, dynamic, and result-oriented professionals for the following positions:
Head of Manufacturing:- B.Sc. in EEE, Industrial & Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 17–20 years of progressive experience in Food & Condiments Manufacturing, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Senior Manager – Production:- B.Sc. in EEE, Industrial & Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 12–17 years of experience in Food & Condiments Manufacturing, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Required Competencies.
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Sound knowledge on food safety standards.
