• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.

• Ensure optimum machine loading and capacity utilization to achieve production targets.

• Monitor production status and adjust planning according to operational requirements.

• Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Quality & Store departments for uninterrupted workflow.

• Analyze production efficiency, wastage, downtime, and productivity trends.

• Maintain yarn delivery schedules according to buyer and management requirements.

• Prepare and monitor Time & Action (T&A) plans for smooth execution of production.

• Monitor raw material availability and coordinate with store teams to avoid production interruptions.

• Develop planning reports, dashboards, MIS, and management summaries.

• Identify bottlenecks and recommend corrective actions for process improvement.

• Lead and supervise planning team members for effective departmental performance.

• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and reduce operational costs.

• Support management in strategic production and capacity planning decisions.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
