Responsibilities & Context:

Supervise and manage day-to-day operations of multiple outlets (e.g., Gulshan, Mirpur, Baridha, Mohakhali DOHS, Banani area and others).

Oversee cloud kitchen operations and coordinate with delivery platforms, such as Food Panda, HungryNaki, Foodi, Khuda, etc.

Maintain effective coordination between chefs, cashiers, and service staff for seamless operations.

Implement and monitor SOPs to ensure consistency and quality across outlets.

Work with chefs to analyze food costing, portioning, and menu pricing to maximize profitability.

Manage vendor sourcing, procurement planning, warehouse stocks, and logistics to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Control wastage, track monthly food costs, and generate profit/loss reports for management review.

Implement cost-saving initiatives through supplier negotiations and resource optimization.

Lead and motivate staff, develop duty rosters, and assign responsibilities across outlets.

Analyze customer feedback and introduce process improvements to enhance service quality.

Enforce strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations in kitchens and outlets.

Ensure adherence to food safety standards, company policies, and legal requirements.

Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on operations, financial performance, and manpower utilization to senior management.

Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, logistics partners, and food delivery platforms.

Any other tasks assigned by management.
