Job Context:
∎ Define the product strategy and roadmap
∎ Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples
∎ Be an expert with respect to the competition
∎ Act as a leader within the company

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch
∎ Analyze market sales forecast data to develop sales strategies, and define product objectives for effective marketing communications plans
∎ Deliver MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification
∎ Be an expert with respect to the competition
∎ Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product
∎ Manage all aspects of in-life products, including customer feedback, requirements, and issues
∎ To ensure regularly communication with Sales team to achieve monthly sales target and regular correspondence with Marketing & Branding teams.
∎ Perform product demos to customers
∎ Set pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals
∎ Deliver a monthly revenue forecast
∎ Develop sales tools and collateral
∎ Propose an overall budget to ensure success
∎ Brief and train the sales force at quarterly sales meetings
∎ Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle
∎ Highly effective cross-functional team management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum of 7 years experience as a Product Manager
∎ Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
∎ 7 years of experience in a job in the food & Beverage market
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
∎ Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
∎ Excellent teamwork skills
∎ Demonstrable knowledge in SEM and online advertising
