• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering
• Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical Engineering

• 5 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Trading or Export/Import, Engineering Firms, Metal & Aluminium Manufacturing

• Age 35 to 45 years
• Only Male

• Plan, organize, and control all production activities to ensure timely achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly production targets

• Manage and lead the production workforce, ensuring discipline, motivation, and optimum utilization of manpower

• Oversee metal processing operations and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and quality benchmarks

• Develop and implement production schedules in coordination with management and other departments

• Monitor production output, identify bottlenecks, and take immediate corrective actions to maintain workflow continuity

• Ensure proper utilization of machinery, equipment, and raw materials to minimize wastage and downtime

• Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation for management review

• Ensure compliance with workplace safety (EHS) regulations and company policies across the production floor

• Coordinate with procurement, maintenance, and quality teams to ensure uninterrupted production
