Education: The candidate must have Diploma in Food Technology from any government approved institute with minimum CGPA 2.50 or 2nd division/ class or equivalent result in all academic examinations

• Must have knowledge to conduct tests and inspection of products

• Must have knowledge of service or processes to evaluate quality or performance

• Must have communication and analytical skill

• Must have sound knowledge in routine lab analysis

• Must have knowledge on handling various chemical 

• Must have basic knowledge ISO, GMP, GHP.

• Must have knowledge in teamwork, schedule maintenance and proper housekeeping

• Able to work under pressure

• Test the online product quality as per QMS to meet the regulatory requirement

• Verify the online process activities as per standard operating procedure and QMS

• Perform test of all raw material, packaging material and chemical

• Check the factory hygienic status

• Implement GMP in the factory through monitoring and training up the staffs

• Verify the CCP and OPRP of all process line

• Verify the batch calculation record

• Test the raw material quality before adding with batch

• Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment

• Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.

• Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so

• Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the respective authority
