• Diploma / B.Sc / B.Tech in Mechanical / Industrial / Polymer / Plastic Engineering or relevant discipline.

• Minimum 7–12 years experience in:

- Blown film extrusion (preferably 3-layer ABA / ABC)

- Bottom cutting & sealing

- T-shirt bag manufacturing

• Experience in export-oriented plastic packaging industry will be highly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE film processing.

• Proven ability in machine troubleshooting, maintenance coordination, and production planning.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict export deadlines.

• Lead and manage 3-layer & mono-layer blown film extrusion, bottom cutting & sealing, and T-shirt bag production operations.

• Plan, organize, and control daily production activities to meet export order quality and deadlines.

• Ensure consistent product quality as per buyer specifications and export standards.

• Coordinate with buyers, QA, commercial, and logistics teams regarding technical requirements, quality compliance, production schedules & shipment deadlines.

• Oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance activities in coordination with maintenance team to ensure minimum downtime and maximum machine efficiency.

• Ensure proper machine settings, process optimization, and troubleshooting for improved productivity and reduced wastage.

• Monitor and control raw material consumption, wastage %, rejection rate, and production cost.

• Supervise, train, and manage production operators, technicians, and helpers.

• Maintain daily production, efficiency, downtime, and maintenance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
