Responsibilities & Context:
Implement of Production plan according to SOP.
Supervise daily production activities to ensure output targets and quality standards are meet.
Coordinate with different departments (procurement, quality control, packaging etc.) to maintain smooth operations.
Collection necessary materials as per requirement.
To do work for productivity, reduce manpower cost, reduce breakdown & wastage.
Prepare and submit daily production, downtime, wastage, and efficiency reports.
Maintain production records, logs, and checklists for audit purposes.
Conduct routine checks and collaborate with the Quality Control team to ensure product quality.
Track raw material usage and stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
Housekeeping, GMP, 5s related job.
